Role Overview: Manager – EasyRent
As Manager – EasyRent, you’ll be responsible for
- Overseeing day-to-day platform operations.
- Managing landlord, tenant, and agent relationships.
- Working with tech and marketing teams for platform growth.
- Resolving customer issues swiftly and professionally.
- Tracking metrics, delivering reports, and shaping strategy.
- Driving revenue growth via commissions and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Oversight
- Ensure listings and user data are accurate and updated.
- Resolve landlord–tenant issues quickly.
Client and Agent Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead onboarding and customer support processes.
Growth and Product Strategy
- Collaborate with marketing for platform expansion.
- Work with the tech team to refine features and UX.
Reporting and Monetization
- Track user growth, listing activity, and platform revenue.
- Build partnerships with fintech and legal service providers.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5 years’ experience in real estate, tech, or operations
- Familiarity with CRMs, platforms, and digital dashboards
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bonus (Preferred):
- Experience with Lagos housing or real estate tech
- MBA or postgraduate degree
- Familiarity with Surulere market dynamics
Work Location and Schedule
📍 Location: Surulere, Lagos
🕘 Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
