About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for top-tier clients. You will manage ongoing partnerships, understand each client’s advertising needs, and ensure that all campaigns meet and exceed expectations. Your role is key to driving satisfaction, retention, and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain lasting relationships with key clients.
  2. Serve as the main contact for all client communications.
  3. Understand client objectives and tailor advertising solutions.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
  6. Identify new upselling opportunities.
  7. Prepare client reports and handle issue resolution.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in client or account management within advertising or marketing.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Attractive, confident, and highly professional.
  • Self-driven with a strong networking ability.

Preferred:

  • Experience across multiple industries.
  • Advertising industry certifications (e.g., project or client management).
  • Knowledge of branding and media trends.


Work Location & Schedule

📍 Location: Surulere, Lagos

🕗 Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility as needed)
