Your Role as Social Media Manager
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the digital face and voice of Walls and Gates. You’ll craft compelling content, run paid/organic campaigns, build community, and track performance metrics that move the needle. Your work will directly shape how the public sees, feels, and talks about our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
- Engage actively with followers and online communities
- Collaborate with design, sales, and strategy teams
- Stay ahead of platform trends and best practices
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Suite, etc.
- Ability to read analytics and make data-driven decisions
- Creative eye for visuals and storytelling
- Team player who can also work independently
Bonus Points (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)
- Background in advertising or brand communications
- Experience with influencer marketing or ad campaigns
Job Location & Schedule
- Location: On-site in Surulere, Lagos
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional extra hours)
