What You’ll Do

  • Own the visual identity for multiple clients—logos, billboards, transit ads, indoor signage, and digital assets.
  • Brainstorm with copywriters, strategists, and media planners to turn briefs into breakthrough campaigns.
  • Deliver polished artwork using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Prepare print‑ready files and liaise with production teams to ensure colors, dimensions, and finishes are flawless.
  • Keep an eagle eye on design trends, typography best practices, and color theory to keep work fresh and relevant.
  • Juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines—because great ideas wait for no one.


Job Requirements

  • 3+ years designing for an agency, brand studio, or in‑house creative team.
  • Pro-mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A portfolio bursting with diverse, high‑impact work.
  • Solid grasp of layout, hierarchy, and grid systems.
  • Laser‑sharp attention to detail and proofing.
  • Stellar communication skills, because feedback loops fuel better design.

Bonus Points

  • Motion graphics or basic video‑editing chops.
  • Familiarity with wide‑format print specs and finishing techniques.
  • Experience designing for outdoor media (OOH) like billboards, bus wraps, and transit shelters.


Work Setup & Schedule

Location: On‑site in Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM (occasional overtime, big ideas rarely sleep).
