About the M-REAP Program

1. Two tailored tracks:

• Student Intern Track (6 months) designed for SIWES/industrial training placements.

• Graduate Intern Track (12 months) ideal for recent graduates awaiting or completing NYSC or seeking pre-NYSC placements. 

2. Hands-on learning combining classroom workshops, site visits, and real projects, all aligned with Mixta Africa’s values and standards.

Responsibilities of M-REAP 2025 Intern

• Participate in professional development events—ILS sessions, KSS forums, and site visits.

• Offer support on key projects: research, documentation, tracking progress, and timeline management.

• Prepare reports, data summaries, and client-ready presentations.

• Handle client interactions, customer service tasks, meeting coordination, and follow-ups.

• Manage admin duties like filing, proofreading, and scheduling.

• Develop a capstone group project to tackle real-world real estate challenges.

Eligibility Criteria for the M-REAP 2025 Program

Student Interns (6‑month SIWES placement):

• Must be full-time undergrads at an African university or polytechnic.

• Must have school approval and a minimum CGPA of 3.5

Graduate Interns (12-month track):

•  Recent grads in fields like real estate, finance, or project management.

• Ideal candidates are awaiting NYSC or seeking pre-NYSC roles.
